This unique ready-to-drink non-alcoholic cocktail has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a sparkling wine as an aperitif with flavours that are distinct & contemporary. Lyre’s spirits don’t just mimic, they have their own distinction as a premium nonalcoholic beverage.

Palate: Generous aromatics continue in the glass, classic green apple tartness followed by a soft richness of pear, peach and red apple on the palate to taste. Chalky fine acids are present to clean the palate and get you ready for the next glass.

Bouquet: Lightly coloured. alluring, lifted lime with notes of fresh peach and granny smith apple skin on the nose. An appealing floral and musk tones adding complexity and inviting you to taste.

How To Enjoy: Serve chilled in a flute or coupette. Add Lyre’s Italian Spritz, soda and orange for a perfect nonalcoholic Amalfi Spritz.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately. Shelf life: 12 months. Do not leave out in the cold. Risk of freezing.
