Impossibly Crafted Non-Alcoholic Spirit - Dry London Spirit.

This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a classic Gin, with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre’s spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.

Palate: Firm flavours with juniper and citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepperberry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.

Bouquet: Rich scents of orange blossom, lime, jasmine, juniper and mint.

How To Enjoy: As a classic Gin and Tonic with premium tonic water. Add a slice of pink grapefruit and rosemary to garnish. Or mix with Lyre’s Italian Orange, citrus, mint and Mediterranean tonic water for the Lyre’s Pink Gin Fizz.

Storage: Always reseal with original cap after opening. Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer. Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness. Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening. Do not leave out in the cold. Risk of freezing.
