This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a balanced and rich Spiced Rum with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre’s spirits have their own distinction as a premium, non -alcoholic beverage.

Palate: Full-flavoured on the palate with high notes of caramel, molasses and toasted nuts. It's enhanced by a generous finish featuring classic, spiced vanilla.

Bouquet: Rich caramel with complex scents of vanilla, toffee and caramelised fig.

How To Enjoy: So good with your favourite premium mixer and fresh lime for a refreshing highball style drink. Just shake with, Lyre’s Coffee Originale, cold drip coffee and vanilla for a modern twist on an Espresso Martini.

Storage: Always reseal with original cap after opening. Do not leave bottle open or replace cap with pourer. Once open, best refrigerated for optimum freshness. Recommended to be consumed within 12 weeks of opening. Do not leave out in the cold. Risk of freezing.
