- 2 ounces non-alcoholic gin
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 3 ounces non-alcoholic sparkling wine
The Drink: add non-alcoholic gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine. You may choose to garnish with lemon.
