Local Pickup in Ottawa

We offer free local pickup at our store on Bank Street (104 Bank Street) during our normal store hours (M-F: 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM | Sat.: 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Sun.: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM). If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email once your order is ready.

Our store is centrally located in Downtown Ottawa with easy public transit, cycling, walking, and vehicle parking options.

Local Delivery in Ottawa

We're making local deliveries every day within Ottawa. If you live in Ottawa, you have the option to choose local delivery to receive your order within 3 business days (most orders arrive much sooner, but we have to say 3 business day just in case).

Provincewide Shipping in Ontario

We invest the same level of care and speed to prepare all orders, no matter the shipping method, for delivery. However, provincewide shipping takes a little longer for due to time in transit.

Canada Post Group Shipping takes standard 3 to 7 business days in transit, but we have seen faster delivery depending on location and time of the year.
