We cannot accept any returns for products in this category.Â
Refund Policy - Online Events
7 days before the event is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of ticket purchase.
Refund Policy - In-person/Offline Events
30 days before the event is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of ticket purchase.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule the date and/or time of your event within 24 hours of the ticket purchase or 7 days before the event is scheduled to start.
Emergency
We understand emergencies happen. A refund will be considered for personal emergencies and unforeseen circumstances that create bad conditions for the event. We only ask that you provide timely notice and, whenever requested, supporting documentation.Â

Rescheduling
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
