- 2 ounces alcohol-free gin
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 orange cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
The Drink: for the best results, put simple syrup, mint leaves, and orange slices in a shaker and muddle until mint starts to break down. Add alcohol-free gin and a splash of sparkling water. Stir to combine. Strain well into a glass with ice. You may choose to garnish with orange and mint.
