- 4 ounces non-alcoholic prosecco, chilled
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce elderflower syrup
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
The Drink: gently crush mint leaves in your hands to release aromas and then place in a glass. Add ice, elderflower syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Top with non-alcoholic prosecco. Stir gently to combine. You may choose to garnish with mint and lemon.
