- 2 ounces no alcohol rum
- 1 ounce watermelon juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 spicy red chili pepper, sliced
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
The Drink: muddle spicy red chili pepper slices, mint leaves, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker to release flavours. Add no alcohol rum, watermelon juice, pineapple juice, and ice. Shake until cold and then strain into a glass over ice. You may choose to garnish with pineapple, mint leaves, and red chili pepper.
