- 3 ounces non-alcoholic bourbon
- 4 strawberries hulled
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
The Drink: muddle strawberries, rosemary simple syrup, and mint leaves in a shaker to release flavours. Add non-alcoholic bourbon, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ice. Shake until cold and then strain into a glass with ice. You may choose to garnish with rosemary sprig, lemon wheel, and strawberry.
