A natural wine made with grapes selected with care and picked all by hand from North Alsace in France. The area has a unique terroir with a lot of minerality and an entirely natural wine making process.

Taste: a floral and fruity wine with a lively complexity that stays long on the palate with tension. Made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling grapes. Aged for up to 12 months in a steel tank and then gently liberated from alcohol.

Notes: floral, citrus, sweet fruits, honey, spices, cardamom.
