Checkers! Rubybrew (750mL x 1)

Proudly made in Ottawa, Checkers uses local and organic ingredients to make their non-alcoholic lightly sparkling beverages.

Taste: Rubybrew is tart and juicy, with an herbal finish.  Checkers lightly ferments with their tibicos culture to naturally carbonate and add some funk.

Notes: Black plums, lactofermented cranberries and oak chips are brewed together in a cauldron, then steeped with foraged wild raspberry leaf, resulting in a juicy red berry flavour. 

How to Enjoy: Serve chilled (in your favourite glassware) at around 6°C-10°C. Contents are lightly carbonated - please exercise caution when opening if serving above 12°C. Natural sediment may occur, please swirl gently before serving.
