Cølibrì Spumante Rosé (750mL x 1)

Cølibrì Spumante is crafted with grapes from company owned vineyards, cultivated organically and in the most sustainable way possible. Cølibrì implements techniques such as green manure but also enhance biodiversity using beneficial insects and solar panels for producing most of the energy supply needed.

Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, located in the far northeast corner of Italy, bounded by the borders with Austria and Slovenia to the north and east respectively. The most important viticultural influence given by the region's topography is its position between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, alternating both a Mediterranean and an alpine continental climate.

Taste: made from Glera and Merlot grapes. Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats. The white wine is vinified together with a part of the must of the fermenting Merlot, which gives the wine the rosé color, besides additional aromas of red fruits and berries. The wine is then gently dealcoholized using the membrane technique and lightly carbonated.

Notes: beautiful coral pink color. On the nose, it reveals scents of small red berries, honey and apple. Crisp palate with citrus character mixed with cranberries and raspberries. Good texture from the bubbles, and pleasant acidity that brings freshness and a firm finish.
