Haskap berry, a little fruit that is more known in Quebec, is like a mix of blueberry, blackcurrant and cranberry. It is fruity, floral and tart with a beautiful burgundy color. Balsam fir and cedar were added to elevate the drink with subtle notes of forest and give a nod to the terroir. The resulting beverage is comforting, boreal and soothing.
