Maison Théier seeks to provide a gastronomic and refined alternative to champagne.

Blanc de Verts is produced in limited quantities from the Héon spring in Saint-Hippolyte, QC. A non-alcoholic tea cremant combining premium milk oolong from Alishan with golden leaf oolong from Anxi in a fermentation with raw spring Anicet Honey.

Taste: complex with a buttery Chardonnay style, great texture from carbonation, and pleasant acidity.

Notes: gourmet notes of strawberry, pear, cherry blossom and butter in a symphony of bubbles worthy of the best champagnes.

Storage: Pasteurized. Sulfite free. Keep opened product refrigerated. Unopened bottles can be aged for up to 24 months in a temperate cellar.
