Maison Théier seeks to provide a gastronomic and refined alternative to champagne.

Cuvée Prestige is produced in limited quantities from the Héon spring in Saint-Hippolyte, QC. A non-alcoholic tea cremant combining premium Tie Guan Yin oolong from Anxi with Hanakaoru green tea from Miyazaki in a fermentation with linden Anicet Honey.

Taste: complex with a citrus Sauvignon Blanc style, great texture from carbonation, and pleasant acidity.

Notes: fresh notes of apple blossom, grilled lemon and white plum in an effervescence worthy of the best Champagne wines.

Storage: Pasteurized. Sulfite free. Keep opened product refrigerated. Unopened bottles can be aged for up to 12 months in a temperate cellar.
