Maison Théier seeks to provide a gastronomic and refined alternative to champagne.

Rouge de Noirs is produced in limited quantities from the Héon spring in Saint-Hippolyte, QC. A non-alcoholic tea cremant combining Miazaki’s Minamisayaka black tea with a 2nd flush Darjeeling in a fermentation with autumn-honeydew Anicet Honey.

Taste: complex in a Pinot Meunier style, great texture from carbonation, and pleasant acidity.

Notes: warm and complex notes of apricot, muscat, plum blossom and marmalade in an elegant and sophisticated effervescence.

Storage: Pasteurized. Sulfite free. Keep opened product refrigerated. Unopened bottles can be aged for up to 48 months in a temperate cellar.
