Monday Whiskey is inspired by American classics, handcrafted in small batches by an award winning Bourbon maker.

Maturing in white oak lends butterscotch, raisin, and burnt brown sugar to the nose. The palate is layered elegantly with roasted coffee, rich caramel, and warm molasses. Finishes long with spicy heat and hints of orange, inspired by the classic American spirit.
