Sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France.

Taste: made from Chardonnay grapes. Aged for up to 12 months in a steel tank and then gently liberated from alcohol.

Notes: apple, lemon peel, lime, honey and almond.
