Sparkling wine made from a well-balanced rosé d’assemblage of chardonnay white wine and pinot noir red wine from the French region of Languedoc-Roussillon.

Taste: made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Aged for up to 12 months in a steel tank and then gently liberated from alcohol.

Notes: granny smith apple, citrus and summer berries.
