Kamptal Verjus Spritz (750mL x 1)

A non-alcoholic regional aperitif based on Austrian Zweigelt wine grape verjus. Verjus is an acidic juice created by pressing unripe grapes or other sour fruit. It was historically used to make sauces or deglaze preparations in Western Europe.

Kamptal Verjus Spritz has been refined with herbal syrup from Waldviertel, Austria, spring water and carbon dioxide. It can be enjoyed chilled or mixed into cocktails.

Taste: sweet and effervescent with a nice line of acidity on the finish.

Notes: fruity and fresh with notes of red apples, lemon, stone fruit and herbs.
