Sober Spritz 0.0% is the essential orange aperitif for creating a stunning alcohol-free Spritz with delicious notes of blood orange, bitter orange, angelica and rhubarb. The liqueur is dealcoholized in Grasse, France, the capital of perfume. The extracted ethanol is converted back into perfume and the flavor is complexified with other natural ingredients, while retaining texture, length on the palate, 0.0% alcohol, and 0g of sugar. 

Notes: Typical of an Italian aperitivo, gourmet, intense with blood orange, bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb with fresh notes of angelica.
